2. In the Run dialog box, enter the following path;
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16
3. Click on the OK button to proceed.
4. Double-click on the SCANPST.EXE file to launch the Inbox Repair Tool.
5. Click on the Browse button and locate the corrupt Outlook data file.
6. Click on the Start button to begin the repair process.
Once the repair is done, open Outlook and check if the issue is resolved or not.
