To export Outlook emails to another system, first of all you need to export Outlook mailbox to PST and then move the resultant file to another laptop. After that, yu can import this transferred file into Outlook on another laptop. Hence, this method works in two phases.
Phase 1. Export Outlook Emails to PST File
1. Open Outlook application and go to File tab.
2. Click on Open & Export and select ImportExport.
3. Choose Export to a File and click on Next.
4. Select Outlook Data File (.pst) and hit on Next.
5. Choose Outlook email folders and click on Next.
6. Click on Browse to choose destination location and click on Finish button.
Outlook emails are exported to PST file. Now, copy this PST file to Pen Drive or cloud storage and move to another laptop.
Phase 2. Import PST File into Outlook
