2. Check Internet Connection: An unstable internet connection can let Outlook switch to offline mode. So, verify whether your internet connection is stable or not, and restart the router is necessary.
3. Check Offline Settings: Outlook has a Work Offline button, if it is activated by mistake then change it. To do it-
- Open Outlook and Go to Send/Receive tab.
- Click on the Work Offline button and ensure that, it is not selected.
- If the button is highlighted then disable it.

- Close Outlook application and open run command.
- Type outlook.exe /safe and press Ok to launch safe mode.

- Go to File tab and click on Office Account.
- Select Updates option and click on Update Now.
